Dr. Ragula Bhaskar’s expertise spans an impressive repertoire of technology research and visionary leadership. He has to his credit 32 publications in Mining Engineering at the University of Utah during his tenured associate professorship. Dr. Bhaskar was an illustrious member of both Utah Hogle Zoo Board and Industrial Advisory Board, College of Eng, Univ. of Utah. He served as the Chairman of the Board, Governor’s Office of Economic Development and Chairman of Living Planet Aquarium. Dr. Bhaskar demonstrated his high intelligence and research excellence as a member of both Mensa and Sigma Xi, the Scientific Research Honor Society. Dr. Bhaskar is the visionary behind 14 FatPipe patents.

SANCHAITA DATTA
Co-Founder, President and CTO

Known to all as “Sanch,” Sanchaita Datta has 30+ years of experience in computer networking and is the driving force behind the core technology of FatPipe Networks. Datta was felicitated with the 2022 Silicon Slopes Hall of Fame CTO of the Year. Through her association with Utah System of Higher Education Board. Utah Board of Regents, Utah Valley university and Salt Lake Community College, Datta contributed immensely in shaping Utah’s higher education system. She is a Commissioner of the America250 Commission, Utah. Datta holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Penn State. Datta sparked the passion in many young women to consider careers in science and technology through her association with Women Tech Council, Utah.

ERIC SHERB
CFO

Eric Sherb has 15+ years of experience in accounting advisory, auditing and Mergers & Acquisitions. He was associated with PricewaterhouseCoopers and mid‐size audit and consulting firms. Sherb contributed to bookkeeping, consolidation, financial statement preparation and analysis, management and investor reporting, financial modeling and audit and IPO readiness for varied entities. His financial expertise extended to system implementation, compensation structures, and accounting value creation. Sherb has provided technical advisory on debt / equity financings, business combinations, revenue recognition, and lease arrangements. Eric holds a BBA in Accounting & Finance, Emory University.

TOM AUFIERO
Senior VP Sales – Cybersecurity

Tom Aufiero is a seasoned technology and sales professional with over 30 years of experience and brings dep expertise in modern enterprise solutions such as cybersecurity, cloud, and unified communications. Aufiero led AT&T’s SASE and Cybersecurity business as Global Sales Vice President. He held several executive sales leadership roles across AT&T’s key businesses. He was a key player in AT&T’s market leadership in cloud security, unified communications, and hosted infrastructure services. Aufiero has been forging and executing go-to-market partnerships with several major leading technology firms. He holds a Master’s degree in Global Technology Management, along with advanced business coursework from George Washington University and the Cambridge Institute.

VP Sales – Mid Market

Matt Swift’s remarkable 35 years of experience reflects his highly impactful, transformative leadership skills, forging profitable relationships and driving revenue growth in the Telecommunications industry. His profiles at AT&T include Region Sales VP - Mid Markets, Sales VP, AVP Sales, Executive Sales Director, Executive Director Marketing, and Product Marketing, Pricing/Contracting Negotiations, Sales. Matt spent his entire career with AT&T, successfully leading various business sales organizations, responsible for the wholesale, midmarket, and enterprise client market segments. Swift’s focus on the wholesale market expanded market reach, fostered strategic partnerships, and propelled business in the right direction. Swift holds a B.S. in Finance from Virginia Tech University.

HARISH MOTWANI
Executive VP, India

Harish Motwani has over 30 years of leadership experience in telecom networks, enterprise business, data centers, cloud, and software-defined networks. He has consistently driven growth and innovation — from his tenure in the Indian Telecom Service to senior roles including Executive Vice President at Reliance Communications Ltd. Motwani’s Next-Gen architecture technical expertise and enterprise sales knowledge have improved enterprises’ network performance while maximizing financial outcomes. Motwani has delivered many firsts to Indian enterprises and is pivotal in securing high-value annual deals. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Samrat Ashok Technological Institute, Vidisha and achieved national ranking of 28th in the Indian Telecom Services, 1989 batch.

PRAVEEN SHINDE
VP Sales, India

Praveen Shinde has 21 years of experience in Telecommunications & IT industry. He is specialized in sales and business development with the skill set to provide innovative and thoughtful leadership. His expertise in WAN technologies and trends has been the major factor in driving India sales for SD-WAN products at FatPipe Networks. Shinde has been instrumental in bringing new initiatives to organizations. Shinde managing a business of $125 million is a result of his brand building strategies and product launch competency, accumulated through his long-standing tenure at Reliance Communications Limited. Shinde holds a post graduate degree in Telecom Management from Symbiosis Institute of Telecom Management.
