FatPipe Networks Named to Prestigious Inc. 500

FatPipe, the creator of Router Clustering products, ranks well in its first showing in the Inc. 500 Listing

Oct 26, 2004

FatPipe Networks™, the inventor of router clustering devices for reliable, redundant and fast Internet/WAN connections, was named in Inc. magazine's 23rd annual Inc. 500 as one of America's fastest-growing private companies. FatPipe was ranked 189th in the 500 list and 10 fastest growing company of the 16 Utah based businesses named on the list.

"We are honored to be on the prestigious Inc. 500 listing this year, said FatPipe Network's President and CEO, Ragula Bhaskar, Ph.D. The efforts of our talented staff, the response of our loyal, happy customers, and FatPipe's dynamic company culture have resulted in consistent growth in terms of market position, company size and revenue."

The Inc. 500 ranks privately held companies according to averaged year-over-year sales growth over the past four years. Over time, the Inc. 500 has identified the next generation of world-class companies, with Microsoft, Stonyfield Farms, Timberland, Oracle, The Princeton Review, Morningstar, E* Trade, Intuit, and Domino's Pizza all appearing on the list before they became industry powerhouses.

"The best thing you can say about this year's crop of Inc. 500 entrepreneurs is that they didn't buy into the hype," said Inc. editor-in-chief John Koten. "When people were practically giving away funding in the late 1990s, these companies didn't overextend, and when everyone hit the panic button a few years later, they stayed calm and seized opportunity."
