FatPipe support in the US is outstanding, ranked higher than Cisco, Barracuda, Proofpoint, Trend, Symantec, WebSense and many others in my opinion. I make this statement based on my experience over the last 20 years with all of these companies and their support staff.

We have moved our second communications center from the Metairie office in New Orleans to our Headquarters in St. Louis, and now have 90% of our Emergency Road Service call center and Claims reporting operations running from the St. Louis location. That portion of our network is one area I am least concerned with because of the reliability FatPipe gives us with multiple paths for Internet access. We have all 6 MPVPN® FatPipe locations up and running with full failover working. It is a wonderful thing! If you ever need a reference, you won't find a more excited and totally convinced customer.
I am also very impressed with your support. Whenever we have a potential issue, support looks at the logs and has an answer within 24 hours. With many companies, you are lucky if you have answer within 24 hours.
Just so you know, because of FatPipe, we have been able to increase our inter-office bandwidth 10 fold while maintaining QOS for our phones and database applications at no additional monthly cost in telecommunication charges. We could do this by replacing traditional expensive T1 MPLS circuits with 100Mbps layer3 fiber. The payback on the FatPipes is less than 12 months if you factor what we would have had to pay to increase bandwidth on the MPLS circuit!

We heavily rely on the WARP boxes for WAN redundancy and that's why we have also set up a unit failover right here at the CPE. Installation was easy, we didn't have any problems at all bringing on the IP video and audio. I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience with any of the support staff at FatPipe Inc. Everyone I have ever dealt with (from the person answering the phone, sales, tech support. Etc) has always made me feel valued as a customer. Working in banking were I too support people (both inside and outside our company) I certainly appreciate good customer service. It really is what separates any product these days--the people behind them.
We have been using WARP for almost 2 years without any downtime. We have one ITS pipe and one Charter connection. When Charter's fiber was cut last year, it was a few hours before we realized it, because Fatpipe did it's job so well. It was one of the best low cost purchases I have made in the last3 years.
